WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE BILLED IN?

All our transactions are in USD. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate exchange rate for your chosen currency, depending on the website you are visiting.

We offer payment in 3 installments.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CORRECT MY ORDER?

If you notice an error in your order after receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us through our Support Center.

Please note that we can only change your order before it is shipped.

Once your package has been shipped, no changes are possible.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you haven't received a confirmation email for your order, you may have entered an incorrect email address during the ordering process; alternatively, the email may have ended up in your spam folder.
