RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain a return address. Once you have the address, please securely repack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Your return is free of charge in certain cases. If you are returning an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of deeryline.com, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and verifying the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the date we receive your item for your return or exchange to be processed.
